Running and Hiking Friends email list:
- Coach Gunn maintains an email list of persons who have shown an interest in his events or trips.  He sends an email to this list with announcements of general interest.

Training newsletters start in January and will go to everyone on the Running & Hiking Friend's list for only a month or two.  Just until all are registered for training and a concise list can be made. If you still have an interest with reading the Training Newsletters you may read and print them from the web site.  [Look in the menu under Training Info]  Rest assured that you will continue to get all announcements of general interest.

To get on this list simply fill in the contact form with your request.

To get off the list send Thom an email with REMOVE as the subject from the email address you want removed.  He maintains the list and will delete you from the list.  No explanation is necessary.  You may keep up with Coach Gunns activities by regular visits to this web site.

Errors or comments about the web site or its content should be directed to Thom.  We desire to fix anything that is broken or confusing and not to share any information that is either incorrect or inappropriate.

Thank you in advance for helping us improve.
